Christine Bethea
Christine Bethea, born in Pittsburgh and raised around the world within a military family, is a fiber, ceramics and multi-media artist who works with upcycled materials and narratives in deconstruction to produce, wall-hanging, assemblage, sculpture and other work. Her art has been shown in galleries locally and nationally and included in important private collections. Ms. Bethea is currently the President of Women of Visions, Inc. the longest-running, African American Women's visual arts collective in the country.
