Patty Tran

Patty Tran's artistic practice is varied and includes assemblage, ceramics, collage, cyanotype, drawing, glass fusing, mixed media, painting, and printmaking. She took just three Studio Arts courses at Pitt; most of her art education has occurred post-university, most recently at Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media and Pittsburgh Glass Center. Patty is a lifelong learner who aspires to continue to expand upon the ways that she creates. She has been a member of Radiant Hall Homewood since November 2023, is an admin of Urban Sketchers Pittsburgh, and was a Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse featured artist. Her work is part of the permanent collection at Children's Museum of Pittsburgh and CCAC’s Center for Education, Innovation & Training. She has shown at Eberle Studios and Gallery, Trust Arts Education Center, Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council’s former Art on the Walls, Gallery at Main, Spinning Plate Gallery, Ketchup City Creative, Atithi Studios, and Radiant Hall.
