We are excited to launch a new Creative Coaching program, available to all studio members at Radiant Hall (public access coming soon)! This one-on-one coaching program has been developed for artists and creative entrepreneurs in various stages of their practice and businesses. Elements of coaching include:
- Creative Vision Planning: discuss and define overall creative vision over the next year, 3 years, or 5 years
- Goal Setting: define specific, achievable, and tangible goals
- Business Planning: incorporate additional product offerings, pricing, positioning, and/or creative diversification of revenue streams

This program is led by Nisha Blackwell, artist, entrepreneur, and owner of @knotzland. Nisha's participation in a variety of business programs has allowed her to implement both conventional and non-conventional business frameworks into her own unique creative journey. She has served as a creative coach to over 50 businesses, supporting each individual in tapping into their natural talents, skills, and available resources to achieve increased creative business satisfaction and sustainability. Nisha has developed both lived and coaching experience in goal setting, creative business planning, strategy development, economic and environmental sustainability, pivoting and change management, and overcoming imposter syndrome to embody one's full potential. Those experiences, paired with the passion for supporting other individuals, bring this unique opportunity to our local artist community.
